Processing
In chemical and thermal processes, all valuable precious metals are recycled at our refining-establishment in Essen-Werden. Modern reprocessing methods enable a high recovery rate of all raw materials contained.
In addition to the recovery of gold and silver, the precious metals of the platinum group (primarily platinum and palladium) are in the focus of our modern recycling techniques.
Analysis
Depending on the quantity, for the exact determination of the content of precious metal we’re making use of the XRF method or the AES analysis. The results of the analyses are handed out together with the samples tested. The respective weight proportions of gold, silver, platinum and palladium are recorded and remunerated.
Accounting
A transparent and comprehensible billing is the basis of a long-term relationship of trust. Billing is based on the exact analysis values.
The individual analysis report shows the measured areas and the tested chip. The tested chip will be handed to you for your own examination.
Application
You have two options: When required, we prepare your precious metals in the form of ingots or granules and hand them over to you. The alternative is called direct payment or a credit on our free precious metal account for later use.
For returns in the form of semi-finished products, stock transfers to precious metal accounts can be made by manufacturers.
Purchase
The purchase of your delivered fine metals is based on the current Kitco course. There are special conditions negotiable.
Your balances on our precious metal accounts can be fixed, billed and flexibly remunerated during our office hours on these terms.
Payment
Within three hours of delivery, a first payment can be made over 80% of the value based on our laboratory analysis. The rest will be paid immediately after completion of the processing.
Due to the fast remuneration, dormant capital can be quickly returned to the value-chain.
